Clickable Alerts Notifications

Direct Navigation Alerts

Notifications that take users to the right page

Clickable alerts are Orbitso notifications that include a direct related link. Instead of only showing a message, these alerts can send the user straight to the correct dashboard page, ticket, referral area, task page, or other relevant location connected to the notification.

Want to test clickable alerts? Open the Orbitso notifications page and click an alert that includes a related destination.

Important

Clickable alerts are useful because they reduce extra steps. Instead of opening notifications and then searching manually, users can go directly to the exact page connected to the alert.

How clickable alerts work

1

An event creates a notification

A system action, support reply, task reward, referral update, or account event can trigger a notification inside Orbitso.

2

A related link is attached

The notification can include a destination URL linked to the exact page that matches the event.

3

The user clicks the alert

When the alert is opened, Orbitso can mark it as read and redirect the user to the correct related page.

4

The correct page opens

This can be a support ticket, referral area, task page, account area, or another relevant Orbitso destination.

Where clickable alerts are useful

Why clickable alerts matter

Orbitso includes multiple connected services and pages, so clickable alerts save time and make the system easier to use. They help users respond faster, reduce confusion, and make sure important updates lead to the exact page that needs attention.

Tip

If a notification looks important, click it from the notifications page instead of trying to find the page manually. That usually gives the fastest and most accurate result.
